Camera thread has worn - can no longer screw into the mount

I have a pair of Arlo Spotlight cameras less then two years old and the thread has worn on one meaning I cannot screw it into the mount anymore. I have also suspended my account due to financial reasons and it seems because of this I am not eligible for any support from Arlo surely this should be covered under a warranty?

The standard warranty is 1 year from date of purchase.  If you purchased the Secure Plus plan in the EU, that would have been extended to 2 years - but I think you'd lose that if you canceled the subscription.

 

So double-check the purchase date.
