Camera doesn't seem to be charging

Hi there, my camera doesn't seem to be charging (no blue LED light) and wont reset (no amber light).

Has anyone had this issue before?

Are you using the charging cable that came with the camera? Have you tried applying a different charging cable to see if you still experience the same results?
