Camera disconnecting

My camera disconnects every time I turn up the video brightness. It makes no sense why it would do that. What can I adjust so it doesn’t.

How are you logged in when this happens (iOS, Android, or PC)? Are you using the latest version of the Arlo Secure app available from the app store?

I am always logged in, just not always in the app. I have an iPhone with the app up to date. When the camera disconnects the light will also flash blue when it detects motion but will not do anything
