Câmera setup

I can not setup the VMC 3050 following setup guide. The essencial câmera 2nd generation option is not available in the app Arlo Secure Home.

i suppose that this camera setup is only possible by using the New Arlo Experience App! But i can not download this upgrade from Apple Store! 
can someone Help me?

Arlo doesn't offer subscriptions in Brazil, and doesn't offer the Gen 2 cameras in all countries.

One workaround that some users have used:

1. Use a VPN that terminates in a country where Arlo does offer subscriptions (for instance, the US)
2. Create the account in that country.  Also use a payment method for that country.
3. Disconnect the VPN, and then add the camera to the new account.
