A return and refund was organised. StarTrack confirmed the items all arrived at their destination via the satchel organised by Arlo on July 31st, 2024.
Does it usually take more than 3 weeks for the return to be processed and refund to be completed?

After 4 weeks since the equiment was picked up, a refund was issued. No communication from Arlo at all.
Buyer beware.

Seems that this isn't a once off issue.
