I just purchased an Arlo Essential Outdoor camera - 2nd generation - to add to my existing Arlo Pro 2 cameras. This essential camera was working just find sending notices to my phone along with feed pictures. It will still send me notices but no longer is there any pictures in the feed. It has also stopped one of my Pro 2 cameras from sending pictures to my feed. My other two Pro 2 cameras that are in a different area than this new Essential one are sending feed pictures and working great. Any suggestions why no pictures are there to view????
I did take it off my app and reinstalled it thinking that might be it, but no luck. why has it made my older camera stop as well I am stumped

Your old, legacy cameras still get the free 7 day plan. However, any new camera requires a subscription for cloud recordings. As the box says (in smaller print) you get a free short trial subscription to get you started but when that expires you must pay for for a plan if you want those cloud recordings. You can check the sub status in Settings, Support, Home, Plans.
