I'm trying to renew a cancelled subscription. Twice now i have entered the correct card details (same card as before) and it is saying "card not valid"..... Well it's valid enough for Arlo to have taken 2x £1 charges out of my account and is still saying card not valid. This is basically theft!!! Help! ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT FOR UK. POOR.

@JamesC Can someone please help me with this. I just want to talk to a human being! Does arlo not have uk support, if not, why sell here. Really not happy.
