Customer bought 3  Essential Outdoor 2nd generation cameras, had no problems hooking the 3 cameras to his Android phone,  trying to grand access for his girl friend on her Apple phone but cannot.  Looked it up in the user manual for the Essential 2nd gen, but there is nothing explaining how to grant access in the user manual.  Did Arlo miss something?

Also, the if an Apple phone does not read the QR code on back of the Chime 2, what to do?  Tried in a dark area, a light area, directly in sun light, change the distant, etc.  Had no problems with the Apple read the QR code on back of the Essential doorbell.

Thanks for any help,

This feature does work, but it works more reliably if the invitation is accepted on a PC (Windows or Mac).  Clicking on "Create account" in the invite link will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  From there she can either create the account (if she doesn't have one), or just log into her existing account.  She does need to complete the full login (including verification).

Then the customer should confirm that the invite status is "accepted" in their account.
