Arlo essentials outdoor camera with flood light

I have not had this camera a year yet and the battery has died.  I have have had it plugged in for a week and the battery still will not charge.  what do I do?

You are still in the warranty period, so contact support and ask them for an RMA.

Access support using the app.  Don't google for a phone number, as that almost always leads to a scam support site.
