Arlo essential connection problem

Buongiorno

I can't connect the arlo essential camera. It was already connected but it had battery charge problem. Because i wasn't able to fix the problem i keep out from the list. Now I cant reconnect. I arrive to the phase of qrcode. I hear the ring but then it can't connect.

Wifi 2.4 Ghz is ok. 

How can i do?
