I purchased, set up 3 Essential second generation cameras. All were working. One was located inside and the others were located outside. l while I was out of town last winter the outside cameras stoped working. One camera disconnected completely and the other said ti is too cold to work. I'm trying to get the cameras back on line.
What do I need to do?

The cameras will stop working at -5F/-20C to protect themselves and the battery. When warmed up, they should continue to work on their own. Have you tried removing the camera and add it back to your account? Is the battery charged?

If that doesn't work, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose the camera. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support about an RMA.
