Arlo cameras not finding my Tmobile wifi?

Hello new to the forum. I have had my Arlo Essential 3 pack outdoor cameras for about 3 years. Previously we had AT&T as our internet carrier. After switching to Tmobile we have not been able to get our cameras to connect to our wifi. We tried setting up a separate wifi as suggested just for the cameras with the 2.4 ghz, still have has no luck. Any ideas or suggestions. Thank you in advance.

Have you removed and factory reset the devices? Try the steps mention here and then attempt to onboard the devices as if they were new: https://kb.arlo.com/000063225/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-Essential-Outdoor-Camera-2nd-Generation
