I just bought the camera. Live in middle east. Trying to connect the essential outdoor camera the problem it's not showing in the app. Only buttom down.

Newer cameras don't necessarily show up in all regions at once. If you have the latest app, the issue is likely due to the inability for you to purchase a plan - only certain countries can do so.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I think it's a problem with the app. Maybe it hasn't been updated yet in the region where you live. I'm in Argentina, South America, and I can't install it either.
I also don't know if it's going to be updated in the region where I live. Do you know if there's a website that provides information on this?
