Arlo Smart Hub VMB5000 not working With AT&T Air. I followed everything in the suggestions disconnect the 5g. My Essentials XL cameras and doorbell hook up to AT&T air .

No need to disable 5 gHz wifi when installing the smarthub, since it connects with ethernet.

What model is the hub?

• BGW530?
• CGW350?
• something else?

Is the smarthub connected to one of the yellow 1 gpbs ethernet ports on the hub?

What is the status of the LED for that port on the hub?

Thanks, it is all good now I had to hold the hub reset button down for 20 seconds.
