Arlo Essential won't trigger to record

I cannot get my camera to trigger activity to record. I have even tried setting up my zones, changed the sensitivity for motion, nothing works. I can walk in front of the camera and it won't trigger.

If you live stream and record manually, does the video arrive in your feed?
