My camera no longer holds a charge. It is less than a year old. Thoughts

If you have more than one camera, swap them around to see if it's the camera or the location. Also add up the total number of minutes of recording per day the camera is doing. If you have activity zones defined you will need to delete them so you get a true measure since the servers delete recordings that are determined to be outside any zones. Otherwise, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
