3 Hubs, 3 Cameras.  2 Cameras on each Hub were working but not in use for about 1 year.  Updated Arlo app. New batteries in cameras. Hubs come on line OK. No cameras able to sync using app, slow blue,fast orange. but they do seem to sync manually, i.e slow blue,then fast blue. But  even then they never show as a connected device to the hub. Have tried factory resets but no luck. Feel I must be doing something stupid. Help, please,thanks

Make sure the cameras are fully charged and then try the factory reset method found here: https://kb.arlo.com/000063466/

Thanks for that. Now thinking it might be something to do with App. 

App sees the Hub, but when Hub powered off it still says 'Online' in app, although it has lost its firmware no/hardware no as you would expect. Now when hub powered on ,  Power on led, internet led and then camera flashes blue and camera led on Hub. That suggests hub has seen camera , but cannot see Connected devices in App. 

Also, as I said, trying to pair camera via app doesn't work, but pairing manually does work, otherwise camera wouldn't sync with hub as described. Is there any way I can get back to previous app or see cameras some other way. The router, hub, ethernet cable, cameras are exact same as before upgraded to Arlo secure app.
