Updated subscription to Plus Unlimited on 2 Jan. Two issues that have yet to be resolved. First, unable to see any cameras in my.arlo.com. Second, when I view any of my cameras, upon closing time in upper left corner reverts to last time viewed. Didn’t experience any of these issues before updating subscription.

Are you still seeing this same behavior? Have you tried logging out and logging back in to see if that resolved what you are seeing?

Are you looking at the "devices" screen?  Or are you looking at the dashboard?

Are you looking at a recorded video in the feed?  Or are you livestreaming?
