Arlo Camera Detects Motion, But Does Not Record Video

I purchased and installed three Arlo Essential Outdoor 2K Camera (2nd Generation, 3-pack with 3 Solar Panels), and a doorbell camera (wired version) to go with an existing system. They have all been working as expected for several months, however now they do not record or send me an announcement - nothing.
I verified that motion detection is working on each camera. I also have three Pro-3 cameras connected to the same base station that work perfectly and record motion when detected.
The cameras all show video normally in live mode.
No settings have been changed in the system since they were installed and adjusted - they just stopped working.
How do I fix the cameras that do not record video?

First, check your subscription status in Settings, Home, Plans. Have you tried rebooting your router and base/hub, in that order?
