Hello all,
So I recently bought the essential outdoor Camara 2nd generation and I thought it would just be easy to add the camaras to my arlo app, but once I did my other 2 Camaras (arlo pro 2) feeds disappeared.
How can I get them to show up on my dashboard. Are they not compatible to be linked in my app. I need help. These articles are confusing to me.

You need to add the old camera's widgets to Dashboard - they aren't automatically placed there. All cameras should show in Devices.
To add a widget for Dashboard, click on the "+" at the top right of the screen, choose to add a widget, choose a camera and then the size. Save your choices and it will show on Dashboard. Use the 3 dot menu to remove or reposition your widgets and then click Done.

Hello, unfortunately that did not help. As my other Camaras do not even show up on my device widget. I still get notification that my sensors are on but I can't even view the feed.

Do the cameras have a subscription, at least the trial sub or the paid version? Are you the primary user (owner) of the cameras or were the cameras shared with you?

Hi,
Yes all my camaras have the subscription. I was able to get all 5 camaras on my dash board but the other 3 are shared from another account at a different location.
I still get notifications from those and they have shared all access but they so not come up.
I dislike the new app 100%.

In order to see those cameras, the primary account for them will also need to be upgraded to "Feed".
The way to do that is to go into "add device" on that account, and start to add a Pro 5s camera. Note they don't need to have that camera - the workflow will let them migrate to "Feed" before the process fails.
Of course that means they also will be running the new interface.
