Activity zones

I have had an Arlo system with 4 Ultra 2 cams for a little over 2 years. I recently bought 3 new Arlo essentials with solar panel (Costco bundle) and I cannot set up polygonal activity zones in this new cameras. 

I think it's related to software update since I needed to reboot my chime door bell and I can't set up a polygon either.

I cannot stress how bad this is for us as customers...The squares limit my ability to properly detect activity in non squared areas.

Now I have polygons and squares in the same system. Is there any quick fix for this? I see that similar product's software have been updated. Help please

8 point activity zones is a feature specific to Arlo Ultra cameras. Arlo Essential cameras are limited to 4 point activity zones. You can however set up multiple zones to cover the area you need for the Essential device.
