3 cam 1 is not working

I need to know please I have the package off 3 Camaras  from Costco and 1 off the cámara is not charging , what can I do.

    Additionally, you can exchange with Costco or contact Arlo support to replace the camera. this route may be faster if the device refuses to charge.

Did it ever charge?  Is this with an AC charger, or is the camera connected to a solar panel?

 

They can take a while - how long did you leave the camera charging?
