I have four 2nd Gen Essential Outdoor cameras that I want to add to my system. When I go to add device and select Essential cameras, there is no option for 2nd Gen Essential Outdoor camera with sync button on top (VMC3050). Only the Essential models with sync button on the bottom. I cannot add these cameras. How do I get my VMC3050 cameras added to my account?

I'm in the US, but I've identified the problem. I setup a home camera system in the US using the app. I later traveled to the Philippines and set up some cameras at my residence there using my US app. Both the US and Philippines cameras worked on my original US-based Arlo app. However, apparently that account got tagged as foreign, so back in the US the option for adding an Essential camera was not available. I had to create an entirely new account for the Essential cameras in the US. Frustrating, but at least it's up and running.

Assuming you have the latest app, where was the account created? If you were in a different country (or perhaps connected to one via VPN), that country likely can't get the newer cameras.
