My camera goes offline a lot. It comes back on when there is movement. Any fixes for that?

I have the Essential Spotlight camera.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I have refreshed the router.

Without having more information, this could be due to a number of different environmental factors.

 

Make sure your cameras have full signal strength, often times offline issues can be due to poor signal strength or WiFi interference. You may need to adjust the location of the cameras to meet the necessary signal strength to maintain a consistent strong connection.
