I’ve just setup the Arlo Indoor Essential. The initial setup went smooth and without hassle.
We are going to use this camera as a babymonitor and when i try to invite my spouse, the camera wont connect during the setup. Why is this?

Kungstra,
You must use Grant Access to share the camera with another user. For more information on how to set up and use this feature, take a look here: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?

I’ve done this process already. With the link we created an account, but the status does not change, it only says ”waiting”

Try having your spouse accept the invite on a PC (opening the invite link in a PC browser).
