Video recordings not showing in Feed

Video recordings are not showing in Feed. I have Base Station VMB3010r2, Firmware 1.21.0.2_1540_8a519c8, Serial Number 4894727TA1A80, and 4 cameras: Hardware H7, Firmware 1.5.295. The Feed only shows actions like arming and disarming but not any videos I record. In have an active Arlo Secure Multi-Camera subscription.

Various similar reports here. You can try removing and resyncing a camera to see if it helps, or remove all devices from your account and add them back as if new. @BrookeN has been performing backend syncs to resolve the issue so you may want to wait for her to be able to respond (likely Monday).

I still have the same issue. I have not yet removed and resynced any cameras. I was waiting for your recommendation.

Watch the cameras throughout the day to day and see if the behavior changes. If not then please go ahead and remove the cameras and re-onboard them.

I could not get any feed videos and my calendar was blank.

For me, the problem was that I had turned off some recording triggers in the list under the calendar.

I turned all back on and my feed came back 100% correct.
