I have 4 cameras, 1 in each of my daycare classrooms. At first, all cameras sound was working. Then they all suddenly stopped. No sound on any device. I have tried everything arlo support recommended. Microphone is on, audio detection is on, sound sensitivity is up, I have reset them. On the devices live feed, the sound icon is yellow (detecting audio). On some of the saved videos, it says detected audio BUT THERE IS NO SOUND!!! Sometimes, one of the cameras will randomly have sound again and then will lose it a day later. I am so frustrated.
