I had several cameras setup to a hub which was connected to my house Wi-Fi. I moved out my house and am trying to setup the hun with a new Wi-Fi but can’t seem to connect. Any tips?

This should be simple task to plug in the Ethernet cable to the router.
What are the LEDs showing on the base station hub?

No. The hub can only be connected to the internet via ethernet. The cameras connect to the hub via the hub's wifi.
As @Dannybear says, all you should need to do is connect the hub to your router via the ethernet cable.
If you do have some cameras that aren't connected to the hub (the Essential Indoor Camera supports direct connection to your home wifi): The simplest thing to do is set up your new router to use the same wifi network name and passphrase that your old router used.
