I just found out that the Shared Access function is disabled on both my Arlo app and when logging in via desktop. The e-mail addresses that were set in the Shared Access disappeared. ‘Add Person’ button under the Shared Access page is greyed out. Can you please help me configure the share access so that my family members can access the Arlo cameras? Thank you, and look forward to your reply.
Arlo app version 6.12.1.

First, check that the shared account(s) have all been migrated to "Feed" and "Dashboard". Note this has nothing to do with the app version - the app supports both interfaces.
You can migrate the shared account(s) to "Feed" by going into "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s camera. That can't be completed (since you don't have the camera), but the workflow will migrate the account(s) before you get stuck.
