Privacy shield closed

I have 2 cameras and both say privacy shield closed when I want it open. I used them yesterday for the first time with no issues. Today neither work. I’ve forgotten the devices, switched outlets, changed networks, and factory reset them but no luck with either.

Can you live view with the cameras? What are you doing when you "want it open"?

I ran into the same issue, out of no where it was closed. When it had always been open for me. I just restarted my devices and they’re open now. Hope that helps.
