Direkte Speicherzugriff auf die lokal gespeicherten Aufnahmen

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich habe zwei Arlo Pro und drei Arlo Essential Kameras mit meiner  Arlo Smart Hub verbunden (VMB4500r2).  Nun möchte ich weiterhin mir die Aufnahmen anschauen über meine Arlo App. Es werden aber nur die von den Arlo Pros Kameras angezeigt. Die von den drei Arlo Essential Kameras kann ich mir nur über den USB-Stick anschauen. In Ihrem Forum habe ich gelesen, dass ich den direkten Speicherzugriff auf die lokal gespeicherten Aufnahmen in der Bibliothek  nur mit einer Arlo SmartHub VMB5000 oder VMB4540 möglich ist. Daher bitte ich um Unterstützung und Rückmeldung, ob dies wirklich so möglich ist.

It is possible, but there are several limitations:

• recordings are only available in the app (not my.arlo.com)
• recordings are only available from the primary account (not friend accounts).
• no ability to make manual recordings or snapshots
• no thumbnails - videos need to be downloaded to the phone before you can see anything
• remote access requires router setting changes that many find difficult (and which don't work with some internet service providers).

Plus there are other subscription features (for instance activity zones and smart notifications).
