Pair an offsite essential camera to my Home Base?

I have a Home Base (at home) with three local cameras recording to a usb external hard drive. I have an essential camera, offsite, that I want to pair with my home base (at home) to view recordings (arlo essential camera that is offsite has no subscription). is this possible?
