Hi - I can log into my Arlo account and see current recordings , but since 2 days on my new iPhone and on the web portal, no Live Feed is shown - instead it shows :
"unknown error".
- My Arlo live feed still works perfectly on my old iPhone 12.
- I already tried password reset and app reinstall.
- It’s an old 2019 wired single Arlo Camera directly sync’d with the Appartments WiFi and so far never gave me any trouble
Seems the Chatbot is overwhelmed by this issue.

I only see an Arlo Q on the account. Do you have more than one account or i that the camera you are referring to?

I only have one Account relating to my 2019 Arlo indoor surveillance Camera. Till 3 days ago it always worked perfectly - never ever any issues. Since 3 days - suddenly I cannot see a Live Streaming on my iphone17pro as well as on my MacBook. ( Strange enough I tried with my old iphone12 and I get the Live Streaming ) But who wants to walk around with 2 phones ….

Can you try removing the camera from the account then adding it back on.
