I have a subscription for 1 camera which I put by my front door. I think the serial number is  not sure though. I have just changed internet provider and cannot get my camera back on line . I am an OAP &not very good at technical stuff. I used to able to get it on line with my other internet and don’t know why it’s not working.. I don’t understand all the hub stuff that the other help typed. If I can’t get it back on I will have to cancel my subscription. I don’t like it that I cannot talk to a human on the phone.  Thanks Julie

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
