Hello,

 

I am trying to access my videos but nothing is showing in the library.

Yes it has. I lost my fiancee last week and I was hoping to access the videos

Sorry to hear about your fiancee.

 

Unfortunately there is no way to retrieve cloud recordings after the subscription expires.  They aren't stored at all if you don't have a subscription, and anything already in the library is deleted when it expires.

 

Do you know if the camera is connected to a base/smarthub?  If it is, then there might be a USB drive or microSD card in the base.  (In the case of the VMB5000, the microSD slot is underneath).  Local recordings wouldn't be deleted, so you could eject the storage and connect it to a PC for viewing.

Try this: Open the Arlo, tap on the mode button at bottom of screen. Make sure your devices are armed. If not, tap on arm all devices button. That might fix it. That was my problem
