I added an Essential Indoor camera to my Smarthub with 4 existing Arlo Ultra cameras and also added it to my Arlo Secure subscription. It displays fine on the mobile app but on the web portal it says it is offline even though I can see and view clips from the library. I am unable to view a live feed on the web portal. There is no Device on/off slider on the web portal for this camera so I toggled it off and back on from the mobile app but that did not help. I was live chatting with a Support Agent who was looking into the issue when suddenly the chat box said Arlo Support left the chat. The Support bot said all Agents were offline or busy and to expect an e-mail in 2-3 days. Hoping someone on here might have a solution.

UPDATE: Arlo Support e-mailed me back and apologized for getting disconnected. I had to delete cookies and cache from my browser. That solved the problem.
