Indoor Essential camera is disarming itself in the middle of the night

My new Indoor Essentials camera has done this twice now. It is online and comes back on when i change the mode back to Armed. Any ideas why it is disarming itself? Thanks in advance

Which arlo app are you using, mobile or desktop web portal?

Are you using schedule mode or armed mode or other?

Do you notice the motion and sound trigger indicators change to grey when they should be black for armed. These indicators are found on the devices page next to the signal and battery icons for the camera. They should go amber for a trigger event, black for enable, grey for disabled.
