I can’t add my Arlo cameras and base station to HomeKit: Stuck in “Discovering your device. Please wait”

It used to work fun but after I reinstalled the cameras and based station and trained to add them back to HomeKit it no longer works. I read in a similar post that a reset in Arlo backend is required. Can you help me?
