On 4/14/23 I purchased an Arlo Essential Indoor Camera.  I could not get it to download the firmware.  I was on chat support for over 2 and finally the chat rep acknowledged that the camera was faulty.  I had to pay $13.00 shipping charges to return the camera.  After Arlo rec'd the return I received a second camera about 5 weeks after the original order.  The privacy shield would not open.  After many more chats and Arlo portal emails with several customer service reps (at least 4 or 5) I finally decided that I would just like to return my camera and get a refund.  I have sent 2 written requests and 1 verbal request with a rep asking for a refund and have been told someone would get back to me very soon.  It's now been 6 days since I've heard from anyone at Arlo.  Can someone please send me a RMA and prepaid postage so I can get a refund?  My original order number was 10488251 from 4/14/23.
