I just purchased 2 new Arlo indoor essential cameras. One works perfectly. The other one's security screen will not go down unless I manually go into the app and do a live view. It is armed and everything. The app even says "Living room security screen is open" and it is now. I have reset the camera, removed it from the app and reinstalled to the app. It still does not work properly. Any suggestions before I return it?

When you say "down" do you mean open? Or do you mean closed/shuttered?
I'm guessing "shuttered", but want to be sure.

Yes it stays shuttered no matter what.

Ok. Except when livestreaming of course.
Does it pass the privacy shield test?

I'd try removing the camera from the account, resetting it, and adding it back.
