Arlo essential camera battery won't charge anymore

My camera went offline. Thought maybe was because the battery died but it won't charge anymore. Left the camera charging for an entire day and the camera battery still dead. Because of the model I'm not able to take the battery out. The camera is sealed. I bought this camera on July.

If anybody has a clue much appreciated

First, never let it go until fully discharged. I charge mine as early as 25% or as late as ~15%.

Read the FAQ here in the support section about reviving a dead battery. Basically, you have to charge it multiple times to get enough charge in it to be able to actually charge it to 100%.
