Arlo recently made us move to the Secure Multi-Camera Monthly plan from our prior plan. We have quite a few cameras and have recently added or upgraded some to the Essential Indoor Camera.
For two days in a row all of our routines are missing, we manually add the routines back and then they get deleted again. This is making the Essential cameras permanently go into privacy mode.

Can you provide what device you are using to set up the routines? Have you tried to set them up from a web browser to see if they would stick?

Hello,
Each time we set these up as on the website directly.
This morning we had 13 cameras drop around 9am EST from routines and 3 remained. The routines are being removed and not changed to Home/Standby.
We have an Arlo case opened, case # 43726455
