Hi,
I have an Arlo Hub at home with 4 cameras. With all four of these cameras, I'm able to see a library of recordings. I recently purchased two additional cameras for another one of my homes and connected it to the same account I have my main home cameras on. I recently noticed i'm not able to see history on those two new cameras. I do not have a subscription for my original home cameras so i'm not sure why i can see history there and not on the additional two new ones?

Legacy cameras (like the Pro and Pro 2) were sold with 7-day free cloud storage - and Arlo still provides that for those cameras.
Current camera models (starting with the Ultra back in 2018) requires a subscription to get any cloud storage.

are there any other options than paying 10.00 a month per camera?

- US pricing is 12.99/month for unlimited cameras - or 9.99/month ($119.88/year) if you choose the annual plan.
- Single camera plans are $4.99/month per camera - or $3.99/month per camera ($47.88) is you choose the annual plan.
Getting a VMB4540 or VMB5000 smarthub is another path - they offer direct access to local storage w/o a subscription. There are lots of limitations though, so IMO not a good user experience.
- recordings can only be viewed in the app (not the browser)
- recordings can only be viewed from the primary account (not friend accounts)
- no ability to make manual recordings or take snapshots
- no thumbnails - videos need to be downloaded to the phone to see anything
- remote access requires router setting changes that many find difficult (and which don't work with some internet service providers).

You should know that when your account migrates to the new UI (uses Feed instead of Library to view videos) you will need 2 subscriptions, one for each location. That's a change from the old UI to be sure. There's no timeline for the migration to happen automatically but be assured it will happen, likely this year.
