no matter what I do I’m still off-line I had to reset my password so many times because it won’t let me go through. I don’t know what’s the problem. My fiancé phone is still online and they kicked me off-line and I’m still off-line and everything y’all said I did things I read about and I’m still off-line

When you say "off-line", does that mean you just can't log into the app? (guessing that is the case, but want to confirm).
Is the barrier the two factor authentication, or something else?
Have you tried logging into my.arlo.com using a PC browser?
Is your fiancé using the same account?
