Hi,

I have a secure plus plan.  The date is 7/29.  The videos taken on 6/29 and 6/30 are already deleted from my arlo feed.  At the very least, I should have access to the 6/30 videos.  This is absolutely unacceptable.  Can there be anything done to retrieve the videos that were removed in error by Arlo?  This is an urgent, near emergency level concern, considering the reason I need these Arlo cameras in the first place.

Are you located in Europe?  Retention in other places is only 30 days with Secure Plus.

Im in the US. Right, those are on days 29 and 30, yet they are removed already.

7/30 is the start of the 30th day from 6/30, so I agree it is being removed one day early.

 

General advice is that if you need to save a cloud video, you should download it right away.
