Today, both my phone and computer are showing a different version of Arlo, apparently an upgraded newer look. I started getting notifications and went to mute them for let’s say 24 hours and could not find the easy way process of doing so. After figuring it out, I muted one of my hubs cameras. For some reason my second hub that has cameras attached to it— is missing. The arlo secure system keeps sending me notifications but the device is not listed on the site when I login therefore I cannot mute any of those notifications and they are going off like crazy both on my phone my iPad and my computer. Any help would be appreciated on how to both see the hub and its associated cameras, and how to mute the notifications on my devices.

rufusdog,
Before upgrading to the new version of the Arlo app, were you using more than one account for your Arlo devices? Did you have devices shared from one account to the other?

I cannot find the way to mute notifications from cameras in the new app. You indicated you figured it out. How?

If you want to mute all cameras (but still record), then
- press the profile icon in the upper left
- select Notifications
- Press Mute Notifications
- select the time period (30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, 24 hours)
If you need to manually turn them back on again, then use the same steps, but choose "off" in step 4.

Thanks! Really appreciate your response.
But in the past version of the app, you could mute just one camera. Now it appears I have to mute them all at the same time. Is this accurate?

You do need to mute them all. If you are ok with stopping recording, you can just to into the device settings for the camera and turn it off.
