I can’t access my dashboard

I can’t access to my dashboard the system don’t recognize my iPhone because is new I don’t have service in my home.  Also I need help the 2 authentication password in my old cell phone I chose 2 I only want to be able by my e-mail. EDIT* In case I can’t access can you replace my camera please. Sending the replacement to my address thank you,

Have you tired logging in with your new phone and trusting the device? can you provide more info regarding the steps you have tried so I can better assist.
