since I updated the program I don't get notifications that someone is on the camera and I had unpleasant situations because I don't know that someone is there And recently I had a situation where someone came in but it was too late because a thief came out I am very angry that it is like this after the update Fix it because I am angry and I am thinking about changing the camera because I don't have everything set up like before and after the update I don't get notifications that someone is on the camera Fix it

Have you checked the modes and rules for the doorbell to verify that notifications are to be sent? Also look in the phone settings for the Arlo app to verify that the notification permission is allowed.

Are you getting recordings (just no notifications)?  Or are you getting nothing at all?

Can you make manual recordings while livestreaming the camera?

 

FYI, this is a user-to-user forum.  This is not Arlo support, and I don't work for Arlo.

I have recordings, I just have to enter the arlo application and I can see but nothing comes to mind that someone is on the camera. If I don't enter, I can't see anything

yes Everything is set so that the notification should come but it doesn't come since there is a new Software

If rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app doesn't help, my next step would be to remove the doorbell from your account, reset it and add it back, checking that your modes and rules are appropriate. That should clear out any weirdness.
