Can't add new camera to desktop app (Essential Indoor 2nd Gen)

Yesterday I set up a new system with three cameras, and added them all to the mobile app and the desktop app.  Today I added a fourth camera, it shows in the mobile app but there is no option to see it or show it in the desktop app: it's just not there, and isn't available when I click the + button.  How can I add it?

It's there now.  Maybe I just needed to give the system time for it to become available.

You don't add the cameras twice, you only add them once.  So you actually add them to both the mobile app and the desktop app.  

 

Are you using the same account credentials on both the PC and the phone?

Are you looking on the dashboard page, or are you looking at the devices page?
