One of the problems I have is. When the night vision button is activated, the cameras are dark. When I deactivate, they work for a while in nightvision. Then dark again. But if i enter the video link menu above where you choose nightvlsion, nightvlsion works in that image.(?!) But not in the "real" picture.
Have done a hard reset on all cameras and app several times..
In addition to this, the app does not work at all. Tough. No automatics or that others stuff functions. Not even 2k. Have done before a little time. A few days. And I have full, 100 percent wifi strength.

What is the ambient light level in the camera location when the image is dark? Are there any reflections (walls, reflective objects, etc.) in the camera view causing the auto-exposure level to be tricked? Screenshots of a working and non-working video could be useful.
